Transaction Currency. Please note all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. 2. Order Confirmation. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference numbers. 3. Cheque Payments. If you wish to pay by cheque you can do so in one of two ways: A.Select the Cheque payment method and then submit the order form. When you receive your order reference number by Email write it on the back of your cheque and send to the address below. Or B.Print the order form using the button at the bottom and send this with your cheque to the address below.

Note - Please make all cheques payable to 'Rainbow Crafts'. 4. Delivery and Postage. Postage Method: A. First class delivery is charged at £2.95, for addresses with UK post codes. B. Saver/Free delivery is charged at £2.25 for all orders up to £20, for addresses with UK post codes. Orders totalling over £20 (exclusive of any postage charges) will not be charged a delivery fee. C. Orders shipped to European and International locations outside of the UK will be charged at £9.50. This figure includes postal insurance. Despatch and Delivery Times: In stock items will normally be despatched on the day of order or the following day (Monday - Friday). Orders are despatched via our choice of courier. Once despatched orders usually arrive in 1-3 working days First class or 3-10 days Saver/Free delivery (UK post code addresses). If your order has not arrived in 10 working days from despatch please contact us. 5. Payment - PayPal Secure Server. Your order will be encrypted and sent via our secure server. You can pay using your PayPal account if you have one or you can pay by credit/debit card. Your credit/debit card payment will be processed using PayPal secure server. Note -You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your Credit/debit card. 6. Returns Policy. If any product you receive is damaged, different from the product ordered or unwanted Rainbow Crafts will provide a full refund within 30 days. We request that the product(s) are returned to Rainbow Crafts. Please contact us in advance of returning your item(s). We are unable to take items back for return which have been specifically prepared for an order: For example - Fabric which has been cut from the bolt to the size requested in a customer's order. Note -Your statutory rights are not affected. 7. Right to Cancel. You have a right to cancel any order from the time the order is placed to 7 working days after receipt of your goods. If you exercise your right to cancel any moneys paid will be refunded within 30 days. We request that the product(s) are returned to Rainbow Crafts at the address given at the top of this page at your expense. You can cancel your order by phone 01954 260959 (BT standard rates apply) or email sales@rainbowcrafts.eu stating your order reference number and name. 8. Non Receipt of Order If you have not received your order within 10 working days of notification of despatch please notify us either by phone, e-mail or in writing. Contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page. Please note that we will only re-send orders or issue refunds, where applicable, after 15 days from date of original despatch of order. 9. Complaints. If you have a complaint about the service you have received or a product please direct it to the Complaints Department. Contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.
